Arnica Montana
Arnica is a part of the sunflower family. It is used medicinally to treat inflammation, muscle pain, bruising, swelling and wound healing.

Birch Bark
When applied topically, the extract of Birch Bark promotes wound healing by increasing production of our body's substances that limit bacterial growth and remove dead tissue.

Comfrey Leaf and Root
Comfrey Leaf and Root can be used to soothe bone and muscle pain. It has shown to be effective in treating the effects of osteoarthritis.

Turmeric
When used topically, Turmeric has antiseptic properties and can offer pain relief. It can also protect against free radical damage.

Myrrh
Myrrh has been used throughout history to help heal wounds, bruises, and help with pain. It has naturallly antifungal and antimicrobial properties.

Boswellia
Boswellia is widely used as treatment for arthritis, sores, wound healing, and joint health. The oil extracted from Boswellia has antimicrobial properties.

Copaiba
Copaiba is used as an anti-inflammatory, for pain relief, and to aid in wound healing. In low concentrations, its antimicrobial properties were able to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus.

Cinnamon
When used topically, cinnamon's antimicrobial properties could aid in fighting infection. It can improve circulation and its natural "heating" properties can soothe pain.

Wintergreen
Wintergreen contains methyl salicylate, which is a compound similar to Aspirin. It has pain relieving effects and can help swelling.

Menthol
Menthol has a heating and cooling effect which soothes pain. It is great for joint and muscle ailments, and it has an invigorating minty scent.

Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne Pepper contains capsaicin, which is what gives it its spicy flavor. When applied to skin, it reduces the chemical that carries pain messages to the brain. This makes it an effective tool for arthritis and joint pain.

Mullein
Mullein contains anti-inflammatory compounds. It can help heal wounds, infections like cellulitis, and eczema with its antimicrobial properties.

Pine
Pine is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal which makes it a powerful ingredient in healing wounds and preventing infection. It can be used on skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis, or irritation from insect bites.

Lavender

Camphor

Tea Tree Oil
